FULL PAPER SUBMISSION DETAILS
Full papers should be submitted by:
June 14th 2013
Please indicate clearly on the front page of the paper if it is a Competitive Paper, Postgraduate Paper or a Working Paper.
Competitive papers: maximum 25 pages / 7,500 words.
Postgraduate papers: maximum 20 pages / 6,000 words.
Working papers: maximum 10 pages, 3,000 words.
Only Postgraduate Papers and Competitive Papers can be considered for prizes or special issues of journals.
Format Guidelines
- Font: Times New Roman, 12pt
- Double spaced, and left and right justified
- Margins of one inch
- Major headings: Bold, Capitals
- Minor Headings: Bold, Upper and lower Case
- Harvard Referencing System (name, date), e.g. reference: (Smith, 1998); quote: (Smith, 1998: 234)
- Cover page to contain the following:
- Title of Paper: (capitals, bold, centred)
- Authors Name: (Upper and Lower case, bold)
- Author’s Institution, Postal Address, Telephone number and Email address
- Please indicate clearly the Track in which your paper will be presented
- Please also state in capitals on the front page if the paper is ‘POSTGRADUATE PAPER’, ‘COMPETITIVE PAPER’ or ‘WORKING PAPER’
- Please save submissions as .doc, .docx or .pdf
- All presented papers will be published on CD as part of the conference proceedings.
