PROFESSOR CANDIDA BRUSH

PROFESSOR CANDIDA BRUSH is F.W. Olin Distinguished Professor of Entrepreneurship at Babson College (link to full biography here:
https://www.babson.edu/academics/faculty/faculty-profiles/candida-brush.php#). Prof Brush is one of the early pioneers in entrepreneurship research, and conducted one of the first and largest studies in the US. She has co-authored reports for OECD, the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor and the Goldman Sachs Foundation, and presented her work at the World Economic Forum in Davos and the US Department of Commerce. Professor Brush is one of the mostly highly cited researchers in the field having authored more than 160 publications in entrepreneurship, including 13 books and articles in outlets such as Journal of   Management,   Strategic Management Journal, Academy of Management Perspectives, Journal of Small Business Management, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Academy of Management Annals, Business Horizons and Small Business Economics. Her current research investigates angel capital funding of nascent ventures and venture capital funding of women entrepreneurs

PROFESSOR ANNE KEEGAN

PROFESSOR ANNE KEEGAN (link to full biography here: https://people.ucd.ie/anne.keegan) is Full Professor of Human Resource Management at University College Dublin (UCD). She works in the HRM and Employment Relations subject area. Before joining UCD in 2017, Prof Keegan worked at the Amsterdam Business School, University of Amsterdam as Director of the Graduate Business School, and at Erasmus University Rotterdam. She has held visiting professorships at Vienna University of Economics and Business and Trinity College Dublin where she completed her PhD studies. She has published in leading academic journals such as Organization Studies, Journal of Management Studies, the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Business Ethics, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management Journal and the International Journal of Human Resource Management. She is on the Editorial Review Board of several journals and collaborates in international research projects with scholars in the fields of Paradox HRM Studies and HRM in Project Based Organisations.

PROFESSOR MICHAEL MORLEY

PROFESSOR MICHAEL MORLEY (link to full bio here: https://www.ul.ie/business/kbs-staff/prof-michael-morley) is Chair in Management at the Kemmy Business School, University of Limerick. In conjunction with his collaborators, Prof Morley has authored 15 books, edited an additional 16 books and published more than 115 peer reviewed journal article in influential outlets such as; Journal of International Business Studies, Human Relations, Personnel Psychology, Industrial & Labor Relations Review, Human Resource Management Review, Group & Organization Management, Journal of World Business, International Business Review, International Journal of Human Resource Management and the Journal of Managerial Psychology. Michael has received several best paper awards and been presented with the University’s Research Excellence Award on three separate occasions (1999; 2006; 2010). In 2013, he was elected to Fellowship of the Irish Academy of Management for his contributions to the discipline and to the Academy. His areas of research interest include expatriate management, psychological contracts, global careers and new forms of organising.

Professor Denise Rousseau

Professor Denise Rousseau is the H.J. Heinz II University Professor of Organizational Behavior & Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy and the Tepper School of Business (link to full biography here: https://www.heinz.cmu.edu/faculty-research/profiles/rousseau-denisem).  Prof Rousseau’s research focuses upon the impact workers have on the employment relationship and the firms that employ them. She is particularly recognised for her seminal role in developing the theory of the psychological contract.   Her publications include over a dozen books and 160 articles and monographs in management and psychology journals including; Administrative Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Journal, Human Resource Management,   Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Science, Journal of Organizational Behavior,  Human Relations, Journal of Management. Prof Rousseau is also founder of the Evidence-Based Management Collaborative, a network of scholars, consultants, and practicing managers to promote evidence-informed organisational practices and decision making.
